Shortly after two FDNY EMTS-EMT [redacted] and EMT [redacted] arrived, PO Rambert and PO Palazzo entered the apartment in order to assist the EMTs in the treatment of [redacted] (Allegation A and Allegation B). The son of [redacted] repeatedly told PO Rambert and PO Palazzo that he did not want them in the apartment. As the EMTs and officers were preparing to leave, [redacted] began to ask PO Rambert for his name, to which PO Rambert did not respond (Allegation C).
