Police Officers Michael Ernst and Tina Trotta, both from the 107th Precinct, arrived at her apartment located at [redacted] in Queens. PO Ernst allegedly told [redacted] that she did not call the police and that he had received calls that she was \"acting out in the corridor\" and was \"acting crazy.\" (Allegation A) PO Ernst allegedly told [redacted] that she needed to go to the hospital. [redacted] stated she was going to call 911 and request a captain's presence. PO Ernst allegedly said, \"If you don't want to go to the hospital, I have to arrest you.\" (Allegation B) [redacted] asked, \"For what?\" PO Ernst allegedly responded, \"You're resisting police.\" [redacted] tried to close the door. PO Ernst allegedly stuck his foot inside of [redacted]s apartment to prevent her from closing the door. (Allegation C) [redacted] said, 'I'll go.\" While walking down the stairs of her building, [redacted] allegedly asked PO Trotta, \"Can I please have your shield number?\" PO Trotta told her that she'd get it downstairs. While they were downstairs waiting for the ambulance, [redacted] again asked PO Trotta for her shield number.
