PO Hughes asked [redacted] to step out of her car, and she did so. PO Hughes allegedly said, \"Where are the guns?\" (Allegation C). PO Hughes and PO Sheridan also asked [redacted] additional questions about [redacted] knowledge of gun activity in her neighborhood, and PO Hughes asked, \"Where are the drugs? Where is the crack?\" (Subsumed within Allegation C and Allegation D).
