Sam Russo, PO Karima Holmes and PO Ruth Mateo of the 28th Precinct (Allegations A, B, and C). [redacted] and [redacted] were asked to present identification. [redacted] stated that he did not have identification on him and expressed a belief that he was not required to provide identification. Lt. Russo exited the patrol vehicle, grabbed [redacted] placed him against the patrol vehicle, and then pushed him face-down onto the front passenger seat of the patrol vehicle (Allegation D). [redacted] provided her own and [redacted]'s identification to PO Holmes. Truancy referral reports were filed and [redacted] and [redacted] were released.
