[redacted] and [redacted] had \"just\" entered [redacted]'s vehicle and were talking when an unmarked police car drove past [redacted]'s car. The unmarked police car then reversed and parked behind [redacted]'s car.\n\nLieutenant Daniel Campbell and Police Officer Joel Ayala from the 52nd Precinct approached [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegation A). The officers asked [redacted] for his license and registration. [redacted] asked the officers if he was being harassed. Lieutenant Campbell told [redacted] that they had not known that he was in the car when they stopped and assured him that he was not being harassed. [redacted] asked if he could leave if he was not being harassed. Lieutenant Campbell told [redacted] that he could leave. [redacted] did not speak to any of the officers during the incident. The officers returned to their vehicle and drove away.
