PO Reilly allegedly spoke discourteously to [redacted] (Allegation A: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted]'s friend, known only as [redacted] or [redacted] was in the area and began recording the incident, and PO Reilly told him that he could not record (Allegation B: Abuse of authority, [redacted]). [redacted] was placed under arrest and was charged with [redacted]. Additional civilians arrived to the scene, including [redacted] and [redacted]. PO Reilly allegedly stepped on [redacted]'s foot (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). PO Reilly took his Taser out, allegedly pointed it at [redacted] and allegedly verbally threatened [redacted] with force (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Reilly allegedly drew his gun (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and spoke discourteously towards [redacted] again (Allegation F: Discourtesy, [redacted]).\n\nPO Reilly requested additional units to respond to the location, and numerous officers from the 67th Precinct arrived, including PO Makaida Sealy, PO Guosheng Du, PO John Ramos, and PO Michael Fiandola. PO Sealy, PO Du, PO Ramos, and PO Fiandola used force while placing [redacted] in handcuffs (Allegations G, H, I, and J: Force, [redacted]).
