[redacted] drove off during the stop and crashed the vehicle at East 229th Street and Schieffelin Avenue, in the Bronx. He then fled the scene of the crash.\n\nAt approximately 9:00 p.m. the same night, PO Alfredo Valentin and PO Alejandro Polanco-Ortiz, of the 47th Precinct, stopped [redacted] in the vicinity of 1183 Schieffelin Avenue, in the Bronx, according to a radio run put out by PO Sammarco (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegation E: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Valentin, PO Polanco-Ortiz, and PO Sammarco used physical force against [redacted] (Allegation F: Force, [redacted]; Allegation G: Force, [redacted]; Allegation H: Force, [redacted]). PO Valentin and PO Polanco-Ortiz allegedly spoke discourteously towards [redacted] (Allegation I: Discourtesy, [redacted]; Allegation J: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
