[redacted] tried to explain to PO Sotira that he was allowed to cancel a guest's reservation, and that he did not have to let [redacted] back inside. PO Sotira told [redacted] that he would be arrested if he did not let [redacted] back inside (Allegation A). [redacted] started walking back towards his building, and PO Sotira kicked him in his back (Allegation B), and stated, \"You Muslim, you Indian, what do you think?\" (Allegation C). PO Sotira then reached his arm under [redacted] s underarm and grabbed [redacted] s shoulder with the same hand, and had [redacted] sit down in front of his building. PO Sotira then issued [redacted] a summons for disorderly conduct (Allegation D).
