PO Pugliese and PO Calabrese approached the car with their guns pointed (Allegations C and D). PO Pugliese said, \"Get the fuck out of the car, you got a fucking gun,\" PO Calabrese said, \"Shut up, get the fuck out of the car\" (Allegations E and F). PO Pugliese opened [redacted] s door, grabbed his arm and the back of his neck, and pulled him out (Allegation G). When he was out of the car, PO Calabrese asked for [redacted] s ID and registration and [redacted] said they were in his cup holder. PO Pugliese frisked [redacted] (Allegation H) and then PO Calabrese pushed [redacted] against the car, handcuffed him, and put him into the officers' car. PO Pugliese searched [redacted] s glove compartment, center console, and trunk (Allegation I). When he was finished, [redacted] asked PO Pugliese, PO Calabrese, and another officer for their badge numbers but only PO Pugliese provided his information (Allegation J).
