Sgt. Fedele made the decision to forcibly remove [redacted] to the hospital (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]), and Sgt. Fedele, along with PO Cayenne, PO Martin, PO Algahiti, and other officers from the 72nd Precinct used physical force against [redacted] pursuant to his removal to the hospital (Allegations I-M: Force, [redacted]). During the struggle, an officer allegedly restricted [redacted] breathing (Allegation N: Force, [redacted]), allegedly repeatedly stomped on [redacted] head (Allegation O: Force, [redacted]), and allegedly struck [redacted] with an asp (Allegation P: Force, [redacted]).
