At the stationhouse, [redacted] spoke with PO Rebustino Borges of the 109th Precinct, who refused to edit the report. [redacted] also spoke with PO Borges' partner, PO Joseph Fong of the 109th Precinct. [redacted] noted to the investigator that he had had a few glasses of wine before going to the stationhouse, and PO Borges allegedly told him, \"Because I can smell alcohol on you, if I want I can send you to jail\" (Allegation A). PO Kristina Dejesus, who was the assigned telephone switchboard operator at the time of the incident, was in a room adjacent to the complaint room where the incident took place at the time.
