Approximately 15 to 20 minutes later, PO Michael Hansen and PO Alexander Morales of the 81st Precinct arrived at the location with EMT [redacted] and EMT [redacted]. PO Hansen and PO Morales placed [redacted] into handcuffs and walked him to the ambulance. [redacted] refused to get into the ambulance.
