[redacted] was charged with assault in the third degree and was transported to the 120th Precinct. While being brought into the stationhouse and once in front of the desk, [redacted] allegedly requested medical attention from Lt. Ryan Padell of the 120th Precinct (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, unsubstantiated). Several hours later, [redacted] was taken to [redacted] in Staten Island. On September 8, 2017, at approximately 6:00 p.m., [redacted] returned to the 120th Precinct Stationhouse to retrieve her property. [redacted] informed an officer, identified by the investigation as PO Christopher Adinolfi of the 120th Precinct that she wished to file a complaint against an officer. PO Adinolfi allegedly responded, \"I don't have to do shit\" (Allegation D: Discourtesy, unsubstantiated).
