Also present for the ensuing interaction were PO Alex Viera, PO Craig McGrath, PO Steven Rupnick, and PO Matthew Rosiello of the 77th Precinct Anti-Crime team.\n\nAt the scene of the arrest, after placing [redacted] in handcuffs, PO Feeley and PO Viera allegedly reached inside of [redacted] underwear, and PO Viera allegedly pulled [redacted] shorts down to his knees, exposing his underwear (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegation B: Abuse of Autprobhority, [redacted]). PO Rupnick then allegedly punched [redacted] once in the ribs (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]) and PO Rosiello allegedly elbowed [redacted] in the ribs (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]).
