Sapara hit [redacted] hands against a nearby phone booth (Allegations B and C: Force: [redacted]) Sgt. Sapara allegedly placed his knees against [redacted] chest and punched him on his face and body (Allegation D: Force: [redacted])\n\nPO Genry Cobos and PO Nerys Ramirez and additional officers, from the 28th Precinct, were called to the scene to assist PO Garcia and Sgt. Sapara in taking [redacted] into custody. While [redacted] was on the ground, he allegedly felt kicks and punches about his body (Allegation E: Force: [redacted]).
