Marte and PO Phillips performed a protective sweep of the home before escorting [redacted] from the residence (Allegations G and H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) was issued a summons for trespassing.\n\nOn November 2, 2017, at approximately 1:23 p.m., Det.
