When they were underneath the Brooklyn Bridge, they encountered an unmarked vehicle driven by PO Steven Schwartz, PO Armando Berrios and PO Michael Algerio of the 5th Precinct. Feeling that the officer's driving on the bicycle path was unsafe, [redacted] and [redacted] followed the officers as they drove south and stopped them in the vicinity of the South Street bicycle path near Peck Slip.
