Smith continued to ask [redacted] about [redacted] When [redacted] attempted to speak, Det. Smith allegedly told him to \"shut the fuck up\" (Allegation C: Discourtesy – Word, [redacted]). [redacted] exited the bathroom and sat in the living room.\n\nDet.
