Police Officer Alphonso and an unidentified officer allegedly searched [redacted]'s vehicle (Allegation C - Abuse of Authority: Vehicle search, [redacted] and Allegation D -Abuse of Authority: Vehicle search, [redacted]).\n\n[redacted] requested Police Officer Bruce's name and shield number, who provided her name and, when [redacted] stated that he could not hear her, replied, \"It's not my fault\" (Allegation E -Abuse of Authority: Refusal to provide name/shield, [redacted]).
