John Becerra and PO Cory Green, both of the 6th Precinct. (Allegations A, B: Abuse of Authority—Stop, [redacted]) The officers asked for [redacted]s ID, which he then provided. Minutes later, the officers told [redacted] that detectives wanted to speak with him at the 6th Precinct stationhouse. When [redacted] asked why, Sgt. Becerra and PO Green suddenly grabbed [redacted] and threw him up against the exterior of a nearby Bank of America location. (Allegations C, D: Force—Physical force, [redacted]) While up against the wall, Sgt. Becerra fired his Taser at [redacted] (Allegation E: Force—Taser, [redacted]) [redacted] fell to the ground on his back. [redacted] removed one Taser prong from his body, at which point Sgt. Becerra allegedly said, \"You broke my fucking Taser.\" (Allegation F: Discourtesy—Word, [redacted]) Sgt. Becerra allegedly pressed his knee into [redacted]s chest (Allegation G: Force—Restricted breathing, [redacted]) and punched him in the left eye. (Allegation H: Force—Punch, [redacted]) Sgt.
