While in the living room, [redacted] alleged that Sgt. Chavatte spoke discourteously to [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegation D: Discourtesy, [redacted]). [redacted] alleged that Sgt. Chavatte hit his head (Allegation E: Force, [redacted]). [redacted] ran to a bedroom in the back of the house and Sgt. Chavatte followed him.
