PO Scott Schiralli and PO Andrew Amoroso of the 109th Precinct arrived on scene and spoke with [redacted]'s roommate, [redacted] who was home alone at the time. PO Schiralli and PO Amoroso entered the apartment, but did not locate [redacted] (Allegations A and B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nAt 5:30 p.m. on January 25, 2018, [redacted] his girlfriend, [redacted], [redacted]'s [redacted]-old daughter, and [redacted] went to the 109th Precinct stationhouse and spoke with PO Brian Kinkaid of the 109th Precinct about the incident.
