[redacted] was ordered out of the vehicle and NYS Troopers placed him in handcuffs. Additional officers from the 68th Precinct and the Highway command arrived on the scene.At some point, Sgt. Officers escorted [redacted] inside a police vehicle and an officer hit [redacted]'s knee with the vehicle's door (Allegation G: Physical Force, [redacted]). While [redacted] spoke with his girlfriend, [redacted], an officer pushed [redacted] (Allegation H: Physical Force, [redacted]).
