PO Ceballos stated that [redacted] had to leave the apartment as [redacted] did not want him in the apartment. Approximately 15 minutes later, [redacted] left the apartment in which PO Ceballos, PO Sun and [redacted] followed behind. Once downstairs, PO Ceballos and PO Sun left the location.\n\nApproximately 15 minutes later, [redacted] called 911, explained what happened and requested for an officer to respond to the location. Within five minutes, PO Ceballos and PO Sun responded. While [redacted] PO Ceballos and PO Sun stood outside of [redacted] in Manhattan, [redacted] began using his cell phone to record the interaction he and [redacted] were having with PO Ceballos and PO Sun. As PO Ceballos spoke to [redacted] she told him, \"You know what it is, if you come back, you're getting arrested from trespassing.
