Det. Daniel Keane of ESU said to [redacted] several times during the search warrant execution, \"Get on the fucking floor,\" and \"Shut the fuck up\" (Discourtesy: Allegation C, [redacted]). Det. Keane used physical force against [redacted] by grabbing her hair, throwing her to the floor, stepping on her fingers, and kicking her once in the left side of her ribs (Force: Allegation D, [redacted]). Det. Keane also retightened [redacted] cuffs (Force: Allegation E, [redacted]). Det. Keane placed [redacted] in a chokehold (Force: Allegation F, [redacted]), then kicked [redacted] (Force: Allegation G, [redacted]). Det.
