Police Officer Jason Barish and Police Officer Alvaro Contreras, both of Brooklyn South Auto Larceny, stopped [redacted] vehicle. PO Barish allegedly refused to provide his name and shield number to [redacted] (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). PO Contreras allegedly used a chokehold against [redacted] while taking [redacted] out of his vehicle (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). PO Barish then allegedly used a chokehold against [redacted] (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]). PO Barish and PO Contreras pushed [redacted] against a parked vehicle while handcuffing him (Allegation D: Force, [redacted]; Allegation E, Force: [redacted]). Officers pushed [redacted] sister, into a parked vehicle, and an officer allegedly told [redacted] to put her \"fucking\" hands behind her back (Allegation F: Force, [redacted]; Allegation G: Discourtesy, [redacted]). While waiting in the transport vehicle to leave the location, PO Contreras allegedly refused to provide medical attention to [redacted] and allegedly tightened [redacted] handcuffs when [redacted] asked PO Contreras to loosen them (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]; Allegation I: Force, [redacted]). While in transport to the 70th Precinct stationhouse, an officer allegedly held her firearm to [redacted] head (Allegation J: Force, [redacted]), and PO Contreras allegedly drove recklessly while [redacted] was not wearing a seatbelt (Allegation K, [redacted]).
