PO Harrington allegedly pushed [redacted] s chest (Allegation A: Physical Force: [redacted]). While issuing [redacted] summonses, PO Allen allegedly told [redacted] that he could be arrested (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). Sgt. Madouros authorized the seizure of [redacted] s motorcycle (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). While asking [redacted] to step off his motorcycle, Sgt. Madouros allegedly purposely dropped [redacted] s motorcycle to the ground, causing exterior damage (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]). PO Harrington, who was informed of [redacted] s career as an active duty US Army Sergeant, called [redacted] \"an embarrassment to his service\" (Allegation E: Discourtesy: [redacted]). [redacted] then walked to the PSA 5 Stationhouse and spoke to Police Officers Jose Santini and Shaun Milito. [redacted] allegedly asked to file a complaint against the Highway officers, which PO Santini allegedly refused to process (Allegation F: Abuse of Authority: [redacted]).
