Aleksander Kovalenko, PO Christopher Crocitto, and PO Matthew Palmerini, all of the 47th Precinct Anti-Crime team (Sgt. PO Crocitto also allegedly searched [redacted] (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). After an officer instructed [redacted] to put down his bicycle, PO Crocitto allegedly placed [redacted] in a chokehold (Allegation H: Force, [redacted]).
