Police Officer Ian Gallagher, Police Officer Davit Osmanovic, Police Officer Richard Cruz, and Sergeant Peter Congolasi of the 46th Precinct responded to [redacted] residence, at [redacted], in the Bronx along with Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) (Board Review 01). When they arrived, [redacted] was evaluated by the EMTs but indicated that she did not wish to go to the hospital. [redacted] in response, exited the ambulance and walked back into her apartment. Police Officer Gallagher and Police Officer Osmanovic followed her and Police Officer Gallagher allegedly said, \"Don't close that fucking door.
