She complied. [redacted] exited the vehicle with a cellphone in her right hand. PO Gambino asked her to put it away and she did not comply. As a result, the cellphone fell to the ground and the video stopped (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]). After [redacted] was handcuffed, PO Gambino frisked (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]) and searched her (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).\n\nSimultaneously, PO Collins asked [redacted] to exit the car and he complied.
