Sergeant Gary Calhoun of the 75th Precinct allegedly threatened to arrest [redacted] because he could not examine her cell phone (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority Attempt to Search Recording Device, [redacted], Allegation D: Abuse of Authority – Threat of Arrest, [redacted]). Sergeant Martin allegedly told [redacted] that the officers were going to cut up her couches (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority – Threat to Damage Property, [redacted]). [redacted] and [redacted] were placed under arrest for possession of marijuana, and [redacted] was ordered to leave the apartment.
