Upon arriving at the stationhouse, he observed [redacted] at the telephone/switchboard desk. [redacted] is an individual with whom [redacted] had a previous relationship. [redacted] and [redacted] have orders of protection against each other. Within a few minutes of [redacted] arriving, [redacted] was brought to the second floor of the stationhouse. [redacted] was directed to the waiting area. Approximately fifteen minutes later, a male officer came downstairs and directed [redacted] to wait. [redacted] went outside to smoke a cigarette. While outside, [redacted] exited the stationhouse in the company of the officer who had directed [redacted] to wait. While outside the stationhouse, [redacted] stated to the officer \"that's him,\" then left the area. [redacted] then re-entered the stationhouse.\n\nAt around 1:45pm, Detective Mark Holder of the 84th Precinct Detective Squad came downstairs. He approached [redacted] and asked him if his name was [redacted]. [redacted] confirmed that it was. Det. Holder then informed [redacted] he was under arrest for [redacted]. [redacted] then requested to place phone calls, which he made, to his father, and an attorney. [redacted] was then placed in a holding cell. At approximately 3:15pm, Captain Michael Harrington of the Brooklyn Detective Bureau, Zone 14, informed [redacted] that he was going to released. At approximately 3:45pm, [redacted] was released from the holding cell (Allegations A and B: Abuse of authority, [redacted]).
