PO Bonacasa searched [redacted] vehicle (Allegation B: Abuse of Authority, exonerated) and allegedly damaged the inside of [redacted] vehicle during that search (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority, unfounded). No arrest or summons resulted from that incident, but when PO Bonacasa left the scene, he drove away with [redacted] car keys (Allegation D: Abuse of Authority, substantiated).
