PO Scott Ferguson, of the 44th Precinct, used a Taser against [redacted] allegedly striking him in the leg (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]) did not stop and continued to flee. PO Ferguson and another officer, PO Jeffrey Santos, of the 44th Precinct, eventually caught up with [redacted] when he began to climb a fence. PO Ferguson acknowledged applying a Taser to one of [redacted]'s thighs (Allegation B: Force, [redacted]). PO Ferguson allegedly applied his Taser to [redacted]'s back; PO Ferguson acknowledged applying it to [redacted]'s shoulder (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]).\nPO Ferguson allegedly said to [redacted] \"Motherfucker. Son of a bitch.
