A physical struggle ensued, in which PO Bueno and PO Owens allegedly threw [redacted] on the front hood of a parked vehicle and then took him down to the ground (Allegations B and C; Force, [redacted]). PO Needham instructed individuals at the location to disperse from the area, and when he saw [redacted] approached her and allegedly shoved her twice on her shoulder area (Allegation D; Force, [redacted]). Lt. Diab then approached [redacted] who was standing near a lit flaming BBQ grill and allegedly asked her, \"Is this yours, is this your shit\" (Allegation E; Discourtesy, [redacted]). An unidentified officer allegedly told [redacted] \"Clean this shit up, clean this shit up\", and another unidentified officer allegedly told [redacted] \"Well if you put the fucking phone down, and stop fucking recording, you can clean this fucking shit up\" (Allegation F; Discourtesy, [redacted]).
