Upon approaching [redacted] vehicle, PO Vasquez told [redacted] that he was being pulled over because of a defective left brake light. [redacted] gave PO Vasquez his license and registration and the two officers went back to their car. After approximately three minutes, the two officers walked back to [redacted] car and PO Vasquez handed [redacted] his license and registration and told him to get his left brake light fixed.
