Sergeant Miller instructed the officers to disperse the crowd. Unknown officers allegedly said, \"Y'all need to get the fuck off of the corners,\" and \"Y'all need to get the fuck out of here\" (Allegation D: Discourtesy – Word: [redacted]). An unknown number of other unknown officers said, \"Get the fuck out of here\" (Allegation G: Discourtesy – Word: [redacted]).\n\nAs officers attempted to disperse the crowd, Sergeant Miller attempted to grab [redacted]'s wrist. [redacted] pulled his hand back, and when Sergeant Miller attempted to grab him again, [redacted] turned around and ran away.
