Prior this incident, [redacted] was already known to the NYPD as being involved in a longstanding neighborhood dispute. In this incident, the MCU had received complaints from [redacted]'s neighbors and arranged to visit her home.\n\nThe officers and MCU members tried to speak to [redacted] but she refused to answer her front door.
