PO Robert Wilson and Sgt. Frank Cinolauro, both of the 72nd Precinct, responded to the scene. PO Wilson and Sgt. Cinolauro placed [redacted] under arrest, who she fell limp and went to the ground. PO Wilson allegedly placed his hand on the left side of [redacted] head and applied pressure while she was on the ground causing a laceration to the right eye, a black eye, and bruises to her face (Allegation A: Force, [redacted]). PO Wilson and Sgt. Cinolauro called for backup and PO Andrea Antonaccio and PO Monique Samuel responded. PO Wilson, Sgt. Cinolauro and PO Antonaccio then allegedly shoved [redacted] into the patrol vehicle and PO Samuel and PO Antonaccio transported her to the 72nd Precinct Stationhouse (Allegations B, C and D: Force, [redacted]).
