Gordon Fraser, who retired from the NYPD but was previously assigned to the 70th Precinct, escorted [redacted] from the stationhouse. Sgt. Fraser then allegedly pushed [redacted] out of the stationhouse and then closed the door on her (Allegation A: Force, [redacted] 1).
