While on the elevator, PO Andre allegedly frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegations J and K: Abuse of Authority-[redacted]) PO Andre then allegedly pushed [redacted] into a wall of the elevator (Allegation L: Force-[redacted]) Once downstairs, PO Andre allegedly frisked and searched [redacted] again (Subsumed into allegations J and K).
