Police Officer Horun entered and was followed into the apartment by Police Officer Depaz (Allegation A: Abuse of Authority- Entry-[redacted]). Shortly thereafter, Sergeant Jung Kim and Police Officer Harris Basir, also of the 90th Precinct, along with [redacted] and [redacted] of FDNY arrived. EMS made the decision to take [redacted] to the hospital. Police Officer Horun allegedly pushed [redacted] onto his bed before handcuffing him (Allegation B: Force- Physical Force-[redacted]) (Allegation C: Abuse of Authority- Forcible Removal-[redacted]).
