Benitez searched [redacted] s vehicle at the stationhouse (Allegation B – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]). Sgt. Grayson failed to obtain medical treatment for [redacted] as per his request, while transporting him to the stationhouse (Allegation C – Abuse of Authority - [redacted]).
