[redacted] who had been seated in the passenger seat, tried to remain in the passenger seat of the vehicle as the officers transported it back to the stationhouse. PO Saeed grabbed [redacted] and pulled him out of the vehicle (Allegation B: Force, exonerated). Mitchell Epstein, who was working as the desk sergeant, to speak with the captain. Sgt. Epstein responded, \"You don't fucking ask the captain a question.
