Dym and PO Severino-Jimenez both punched [redacted] at least once while they struggled with him standing up (Allegation C: Force, [redacted]; Allegation D: Force, [redacted]). [redacted] fell to the ground atop PO Molina, and Lt. Dym and PO Severino-Jimenez also went down to the ground while struggling with him. Lt.
