PO Bloodnick then took [redacted] to the ground (Allegation E: Force-[redacted]). PO Keegan allegedly put his knee on [redacted]'s head (Allegation F: Force-[redacted]). While he was on the ground in handcuffs, an unidentified officer reached inside [redacted]'s pockets and backpack (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority-[redacted]). Once he was stood up, an unidentified officer reached inside of [redacted]'s sweatshirt pocket (Subsumed in Allegation G). PO Keegan then reached inside [redacted]'s pocket to retrieve his identification (Allegation H: Abuse of Authority-[redacted]).
