After the vehicle search, PO Heagneysciamatore gave [redacted] his wallet and information back and he was allowed to leave without being issued a summons. The officers asked [redacted]'s license and registration and if he had any weapons in the car (Allegation J: Abuse of Authority, [redacted]).
