Henry Daverin, PO Jessica Schrell, and PO Philippe Vukosa approached the vehicle and [redacted] approached soon after. After asking for [redacted] identification, Lt. Daverin grabbed his shirt, pushed him against a vehicle, and handcuffed him with PO Vukosa (Allegations A and B: Force, [redacted] 1). PO Schrell then asked [redacted] for the keys to his vehicle and allegedly grabbed his face (Allegation C: Force, [redacted] 1). Additional officers arrived including 90th Precinct officers Sgt. Gregg Minardi and PO Tyler Howe. As [redacted] attempted to record the incident, Sgt. Daverin went to the vehicle and attempted to pull [redacted] out of the vehicle (Allegation G: Force, [redacted]) placed his hand on Lt. Daverin's chest and Lt. Daverin asked him, \"Are you out of your fucking mind?\" (Allegation H: Discourtesy, [redacted] 1). Lt. Daverin then grabbed [redacted] and hit him against a metal gate (Allegation I: Force, [redacted] before taking him to the ground (Allegation J: Force, [redacted]) and threatening to break his arm (Allegation K: Abuse of Authority, [redacted] 1). While securing [redacted] in a police vehicle, PO Vukosa told [redacted] to \"sit in the fucking car\" and to give him the \"fucking phone\" (Allegation L: Discourtesy, [redacted]).
