Once on the first floor, an officer pushed [redacted]'s head and slammed it into the floor, and another officer punched [redacted] in the lower lip (Allegations E and F: Force, [redacted]). As the officers carried [redacted] toward the door of the building, the officers intentionally slammed him into a wall (Allegation G: Force, [redacted]). An officer pulled [redacted]'s hoodie over his head and tucked it into his jacket, restricting his breathing (Allegation H: Force, [redacted]). Once outside the building, officers threw [redacted] into the backseat of an unmarked vehicle and an officer slammed [redacted]'s right foot in the door of the vehicle (Allegations I and J: Force, [redacted]).
