Sgt. Donato allegedly approached [redacted] asked for his ID, and asked him to step out of the vehicle. Sgt. Donato then allegedly patted down [redacted] waist and reached his hand into [redacted] pocket (Allegation E: Abuse of Authority - Frisk, [redacted] and Allegation F: Abuse of Authority – Search (of person), [redacted]). Then Sgt. Donato allegedly entered the backseat of the Uber vehicle and searched the area where [redacted] had been seated (Allegation G: Abuse of Authority – Vehicle search, [redacted]). Sgt. Donato allegedly told [redacted] \"Don't tell me how to do my fucking job (Allegation H: Discourtesy – Word, [redacted]). [redacted] asked Sgt. Donato for his name and shield number and Sgt.
